- Charters must be paid in advance. Credit card information is required at the time of reservation. Except for charters to Cuba, no deposit is drawn. The information is simply held until 1-2 days prior to the flight, when the full charter fare is charged.
- Private charters to Cuba require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 at the time of reservation. Once approval is obtained from the Cuban authorities, the reservation will then be considered confirmed, and the remaining balance will be charged 1-2 days prior to the first scheduled flight.
- If a method of payment other than credit card is desired, payment must be received and cleared before the flight.
- Payment via credit card is subject to a 3% processing fee.
- Cancellation policy is as follows:
- If notice to cancel is received and acknowledged by Air Key West at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled flight (if reservation is for a round-trip), client will not incur a charge.
- If notice to cancel is received and acknowledged by Air Key West 72-24 hours prior to the first scheduled flight (if reservation is for a round-trip), client is responsible for 50% of the full charter fare (including return flight if round-trip).
- If notice to cancel is received and acknowledged by Air Key West less than 24 hours from the first scheduled flight (if reservation is for a round-trip), or the party no-shows, client is responsible for the full charter fare (including return flight if round-trip).
- Short-notice reservations, made less than 72 hours from first scheduled flight (if reservation is for a round-trip), are considered non-refundable at time of reservation.
- Cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of the client or Air Key West, such as due to hazardous weather, Air Traffic Control issues or delays, or mechanical problems will entitle client to a full refund.
- To avoid inconvenience and possible delays, check the weight and dimensions of your luggage prior to arriving at the airport. Provide these and the weights of the passengers to Air Key West and we will confirm these are within the capabilities of our aircraft.
- Air Key West is not responsible for any departure taxes or other fees assessed by any government agency.

- Air Key West will make every possible effort to honor the contractual agreement for charter service to its clients. However, the pilot is the ultimate authority in deciding whether or not to conduct a flight. The pilot-in-command may refuse a flight if he feels that, in his judgment:
- Safety would in any way be compromised.
- The limitations of the aircraft would be exceeded.
- The guidelines established by Air Key West’s Federal Aviation Administration approved Operations Specifications would not be in compliance.
